If what you’re looking at is a bar soap, chances are decent that the fragrance has dissipated to almost nothing, but the soap will still cleanse.
If you see a bath bomb, it’s likely the shrink wrap has a small hole or tear that has resulted in the colorant fading on the bomb. I’d rather nearly give this away than re-package, so just to recoup some of the cost of making them, these are marked WAY down. They should still deliver scent, fizz, and in most cases, decent color once they hit the water.
