Why are some items not available for backorder?

There are a couple of reasons for this: Bar soap typically has a cure time of 4-6 weeks. I don’t want anyone waiting that long for soap. For other products, it is likely that the product is being eliminated from the product line, or is seasonal in nature, and will be returning the following year. It is near impossible for me to keep track for that extended period of time. BUT, many items have the “Notify me when back in stock” feature enabled, and that I can track, so please use that feature. What’s your policy on returns?

I cannot accept returns due to the nature of the products I sell. However, I do want you to be satisfied, so please contact me within 10 days of receipt of the product, let me know why you are dissatisfied, and I will work with you to reach an acceptable resolution – this may be substituting for another product, refunding the cost of the product (less shipping), or issuing a discount code for a future purchase.

How quickly can I get my products?

Whenever possible, I will ship same day as the order is received. If the order comes in on the weekend, your products will likely go out on next business day. Of course, in heavy order periods, there may be a delay, but I will keep you notified. I do my best to get you your order as quickly as possible if your items are in stock.

What shipping carrier do you use?

For now, it is most convenient and cost effective to use USPS. There may be some instances when I will utilize UPS. Those are usually because the cost is within range, but will get you your products more quickly (UPS does not take the same holidays as USPS). If your address is a P.O. Box, then I will definitely use USPS.
