HAPPY PLACE Bar Soap

The end of summer has many dreaming of cooler temperatures, longer sleeves, and more outdoor activities in the cool, crisp breeze. Especially relaxing is the time spent around the fire pit with family and friends. They know this as the “happy place.”

Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove intertwine with pumpkin and vanilla on a bed of earthy patchouli to provide a more complex autumn scent than just plain pumpkin spice.

This fragrance proved to be more complicated than I expected. First batch looks like flames on top, with a few imperfections. The second batch came out fairly smooth. The third and final batch yielded a rather rustic-looking bar. The rustic and flame-like bars have been discounted just a little. You still get a full size bar, but looking more “handmade” than usual. See gallery photos for reference.
