CALMING – Lavender & Eucalyptus Shower Steamer

For those that prefer showering to tub bathing, shower steamers are a great way to enjoy some aromatherapy!

Place in the shower but out of the direct stream of water, and it is recommended that you put the steamer in a plastic food storage container and make sure it gets emptied of any water that collects in it, or place in a mesh bag (available here). You should be able to get 2 or more showers from each steamer.

Caution: Because of the fragrance load in these, they should not be used as bath bombs, and direct skin contact after it gets wet should be kept to a minimum.
